C++/Win32 Tutorial Recommendation?

I know this question is ask a lot, (recommend me a tutorial on X), but I'm looking for tutorials that deal with making basic programs (preferably games) using C++ and Win32.

I have a good knowledge of basic C++, including pointers, namespaces, macros ect ect.

I want to make a basic game (maybe pong) before moving on to learning DirectX 11.

http://directxtutorial.com/ - seems to be all I can find on Win32 and even that is only very simple before leaping into directx.

p.s I would prefer non-videos since my internet is limited
