Drawing filled shapes in android mapview

The below shows the shapes that is being drawn in google my place which can be exported to a xml file. what i am intending to do is to draw the shapes and fill it into the mapview. the image is as below

I did something similar, but the areas overlap in my case, so I needed:

canvas.clipPath(path, Op.DIFFERENCE);

If you want xml or kml input, just parse/load however you want and convert it to GeoPoints, like I did with the Loc objects.
