Unable to start activity with HoloColorPicker

I'm currently working on a project for school. Everything worked great so far until I implemented the HoloColorPicker. When I add colorpicker.addSaturationBar(saturationbar) to the onCreate function in my Mainactivity, the application is unable to start.

The error:

Your colorPicker object is null, and causing NullPointerException in the below line.

  colorPicker.addSaturationBar(saturationBar);

You need to check your xml layout file, why ColorPicker is not getting instantiate properly.
